At age twelve, I mailed marketing suggestions to the Gap and Coca Cola. Paradoxically, at this same time I was also organizing environmental conservation strategies in my neighbourhood.
Both my passion for communications and the environment have converged into one main purpose in life: using my voice to help heal our planet.
With a career that spans Marketing and Communications, Community Mangement and Operations, I come alive when collaborating with others on one common goal.
I've worked with rock stars, professional athletes and the media in events ranging from 6 participants to 1.8 billion viewers. Whether it's a fundraising campaign, a book launch or a monthly newsletter, I want to join values driven people in crafting a brighter future for our planet.

Book Launch & Cover Design
Role: Liaison for the book cover design, which included Facebook voting polls to increase engagement and excitement with our audience, writing back cover copy (book description, testimonials and author bios), MailChimp, Instagram and Facebook campaigns and direct sales outreach.
Results: Within 24-hour of the book launch, Wasteland to Pureland was an Amazon bestseller in its category.
Pivoting to Online Courses
Clear Sky Meditation & Study Foundation
Objective: Most revenue was generated via in-person retreats and events. In the wake of Covid-19, our objective was to create alternate revenue streams and maintain connection with existing clients.
Actions: Worked in tandem with strategic team members to develop an online covid support group. From there I designed promotional course content, which was featured on our website, MailChimp and social media channels.
Results: In less than two-weeks from mandated Covid lockdowns we ran our first online support group, which hosted over 120 participants.
New Business Launch
Cranbrook Acupuncture Clinic
Objective: Increase brand awareness, client retention and website conversions.
Brand awareness: Setting up social media channels (MailChimp, Facebook, YouTube). Designing labels for value added products that could be sold locally. Advisor for signage and branding. Designing word-of-mouth referral incentives for existing clients.
Client retention: Content creation (video filming, editing and sharing on social media channels) and establishing MailChimp campaigns and special offers for existing clients.
Website: Increased conversions by creating copy that focused on helping website visitors feel understood and recognized in their health concerns and assured that acupuncture was a safe and viable treatment option.
